The UGREEN US286 is a 2 metre USB-C to USB-C cable rated for 3A fast charging, with data transfer over the same lead. Two metres lets you charge a phone or tablet from a wall socket while still using it from the sofa or bed, which is where the short cables bundled in the box fall down.

Data runs at USB 2.0 speed (480Mbps), which suits file transfers of photos and documents and phone syncing, but not external SSDs or video output. For fast bulk copying choose a 10Gbps cable instead.

It is rated for 3A and listed as PD and QC 3.0 compatible, so it can carry the fast-charging power from a suitable charger. The charger and phone must support the fast-charging standard.
Can I connect a monitor with it?
No. This is a charging and USB 2.0 data cable, so it does not carry video. Use a cable built for 4K video if you need a display connection.
