The UGREEN DP109 (part no. 20415) is a DisplayPort to VGA converter: a 15 cm black adapter with a full-size DisplayPort plug for a desktop PC, docking station or business laptop and a VGA socket for an older monitor or projector, at up to 1920 × 1200 or 1080p@60Hz.
A laptop with HDMI, DisplayPort or USB-C will not plug straight into a monitor or projector that only has VGA or HDMI. The UGREEN DP109 DisplayPort adapter bridges the two ports so you can use the screen you already have. It is made for people whose laptop and display do not share the same video port.
